Patna, Jan 20: After taking charge of JDU, Nitish Kumar has geared up for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and formed a new team.

Vashishth Narayan Singh, former state president and Rajya Sabha MP, appointed as the National Vice President in Nitish’s new team.

Former MP KC Tyagi will serve as the national spokesperson in along with political advisor. Alok Kumar Suman will once again be the treasurer of JDU in this order.

In the list of National General Secretaries, Minister Sanjay Jha, Rajya Sabha MP Ramanath Thakur, Ali Ashraf Fatmi, Kahkasha Parveen, Ramsevak Singh, Kapil Harishchandra, Mangani Lal Mandal, Afaque Ahmad, Bhagwan Singh Kushwaha, Engineer Sunil and Raj Singh Mann are included.

Rajiv Ranjan Prasad, Vidya Sagar Nishad, Anoop Patel, Dayanand Rai, Sanjay Kumar and Mohammad Nisar have been appointed as National Secretaries.

Former legislator Rajeev Ranjan will serve as the National Spokesperson for JDU.

Taking a closer look at Nitish’s new team, KC Tyagi has been assigned additional responsibilities under his charge. Within JDU, he holds the position of number three. It’s worth noting that Nitish has entrusted him with the role of both National Spokesperson and Political Advisor.

Following Nitish, Vashishth Narayan is second in command within the party, serving as the National Vice President. He was appointed to this role in late December when Chief Minister Nitish Kumar took over the leadership of JDU from Lalan Singh.
