Earlier, Prime Minister Modi’s aircraft landed at Bamrauli Airport, where he was welcomed by Governor Anandiben Patel, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and both Deputy CMs. From there, he traveled by helicopter to the DPS helipad. His convoy then proceeded to the VIP Ghat in Arail, after which he reached the Sangam by boat for a holy dip in the Ganga.
