New Delhi, Nov 28: Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Congress General Secretary, was sworn in as a Member of Parliament of the Lok Sabha on Thursday.

She took her oath holding a copy of the Constitution.

Priyanka Gandhi’s oath ceremony was attended by her mother Sonia Gandhi, brother Rahul Gandhi, husband Robert Vadra, and children Raihan and Miraya Vadra at the Parliament.

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra secured the Wayanad Lok Sabha seat with a decisive margin of 4,10,931 votes, defeating CPI’s Sathyan Mokeri in a triangular contest that also involved BJP’s Navya Haridas.
