RBI to start application for 94 posts of Grade B officer on July 24

New Delhi, July 19: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the short notification (RBI Grade B Exam 2024 Notification) for this year’s edition of the examination conducted every year for direct recruitment to Grade B posts in various departments.

According to the short notification released by the bank, this time the examination will be conducted for a total of 94 posts.

Application process to start on July 24

RBI will release the detailed notification for Grade B Officer Recruitment Exam on 24th July and along with this the application process will also be started.

Candidates who want to appear in this year’s exam will be able to apply by visiting the application page related to the link to be activated on the official website of the bank’s recruitment, opportunities.rbi.org.in.

During the application, the candidates will have to pay the prescribed fee of Rs 850 (GST extra) through online means, which is Rs 100 (GST extra) for SC/ST/Divyang candidates.

Eligibility

To appear in the recruitment examination of Grade B Officer (General) conducted by RBI, candidates must be graduates with minimum 60% marks.

At the same time, for Grade B Officer (DEPR), PG in Economics or related subjects should be passed with at least 55% marks. Similarly, for Grade B Officer (DSIM), PG should be in Statistics or related subjects with minimum 55% marks.

The age limit for all posts is between 21 years to 30 years. Candidates of reserved categories will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules of the Central Government.
