Security forces neutralise two terrorists in encounter in J&K’s Kulgam

Kulgam, May 7: In the Redwani Payeen area of Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir, security forces carried out an anti-terror operation on Tuesday that resulted in the deaths of two terrorists, according to officials.

The Kashmir Zone Police have confirmed the recovery of the bodies of the terrorists, although their identities have not yet been determined by the authorities.

“Bodies of 02 #terrorists killed in the anti-terrorist operation recovered so far. Identity & affiliation being ascertained. #Operation in progress. Further details shall follow,” the Kashmir Zone Police posted on X.

Earlier today, an intense gun battle erupted between militants and security forces in the Payeen neighbourhood of Kulgam, south Kashmir.
