SER to run new train between Rourkela and Tatanagar

Jamshedpur,  Nov 21: South Eastern Railway (SER) has decided to run a MEMU Passenger Special train between Rourkela-Tatanagar-Rourkela w.e.f  November 22.

08146 Rourkela-Tatanagar MEMU Special will leave Rourkela at 5.10 am and will reach Tatanagar at 9.20 am.The train will run six days a week, except Sunday.

In the return direction, 08145 Tatanagar-Rourkela MEMU Special will leave Tatanagar at 3.35 pm and will reach Rourkela at 7.35 pm. The train will run six days a week, except Saturday.

The Special train will stop at Bisra, Bhalulata, Jaraikela, Manoharpur, Ghaghra, Posoita, Derowan, Goilkera, Tunia, Sonua, Lotapahar, Chakradharpur, Barabamboo, Rajkharswan, Mahalimarup, Sini, Birbans, Gamharia and Adityapur stations between the two destinations.

Various passenger outfits hailed the railway’s decision of introducing the train.
