Dubai, Nov 4: India’s Smriti Mandhana, Deepti Sharma, and Jemimah Rodrigues have earned spots in the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 Team of the Tournament for their stellar performances that guided India to clinch the title.

South Africa captain Laura Wolvaardt, who amassed 571 runs—the highest ever in any ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup—leads the team. Player of the Tournament (POTT) Deepti Sharma finished as the tournament’s leading wicket-taker with 22 scalps, while Mandhana and Rodrigues made key batting contributions, including Rodrigues’s unbeaten century against Australia in the semi-final.

The lineup also includes South Africa’s Marizanne Kapp and Nadine de Klerk, Australia’s Ashleigh Gardner, Annabel Sutherland, and Alana King, England’s Sophie Ecclestone, and Pakistan wicketkeeper Sidra Nawaz. England’s Nat Sciver-Brunt was named the 12th player.

The selection panel comprised Ian Bishop, Mel Jones, Isa Guha, Gaurav Saxena, and journalist Estelle Vasudevan.
