Kumar, along with others, is accused of brutally assaulting Dhankar at Chhatrasal Stadium in Delhi, allegedly over a property dispute, leading to the wrestler’s death and injuries to two of his friends.

The post-mortem examination revealed that Dhankar died from cerebral damage caused by the impact of a blunt object.
