Jamshedpur, August 19: Tarapore School transformed into a magical world of Hogwarts on Tuesday as it hosted JIVE 2025: A Spellbinding Celebration, an inter-school cultural festival inspired by the Harry Potter series.
The day-long extravaganza brought together students from 17 schools across the city, who showcased their creativity and talent in 12 exciting events.
The festival was inaugurated by Vijay Anand Moonka, President of the Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce, who lit the ceremonial lamp and declared the event open.

From dazzling stage performances to intellectually stimulating contests, the festival offered a blend of art, music, literature, technology, and sports.
Students enthralled the audience with the Yule Ball Waltz (Dance), Wizarding Jams (Band Performance), Silent Spell (Mime), and the Runway to Azkaban (Fashion Show).
Creativity took center stage in Hogwarts Through Lens (Photography), Magical Strokes (Art), and The Marauder’s Message (Newsletter Writing).
Adding to the excitement were competitions like the Hogwarts Economic Crisis (Business Challenge), Goblet of Gears (Robotics), War of Wizards (Gaming), and the Ordinary Wizarding Level Quiz (Quiz). Out on the ground, cheers echoed as students participated in a thrilling Quidditch match, adapted as football.

With every event celebrating imagination, innovation, and performance, JIVE 2025 truly lived up to its theme — A Journey Into Versatile Expressions. The Overall Championship trophy was lifted by Loyola School for their outstanding all-round performance.
The festival concluded on a high note of joy and celebration, leaving behind unforgettable memories of talent, teamwork, and unity among young learners.
