Jamshedpur, Jan 18: Tata Steel Adventure Foundation (TSAF) Sport Climbing athletes proved their mettle at the All-India Open Sport Climbing Championship 2025 winning as many as 28 medals.
The four-day championship held at Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkata kicked off on January 13.
With 43 participants, including 24 male and 13 female athletes, along with 1 male and 5 female instructors, athletes from the TSAF ecosystem won 28 out of the total 36 medals in the competition across various categories, highlighting its excellence in both bouldering and lead climbing.

Out of 28, 2 medals have been won by TSAF athletes from Odisha and the remaining ones are won by the TSAF athletes from Jharkhand.
This achievement underscores TSAF’s commitment to nurture talent and promote sport climbing from grass-root to international level.
