UMU Ranchi, BIT Mesra sign MoU to boost education, research collaboration

Ranchi, Feb 3: Usha Martin University, Ranchi, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, to strengthen cooperation in the fields of education, research, innovation, and academic exchange.

The MoU was formally signed by Dr S. P. Verma, Registrar, Usha Martin University, and Dr S. Das, Registrar, BIT Mesra. The signing ceremony was attended by Prof. B. N. Sinha, Dean (Academics), UMU, and Prof. Raju Poddar, Dean, Research, Innovation & Entrepreneurship (DRIE), BIT Mesra.

Joint Research, Internships, and Academic Programmes Planned

Prof. B. N. Sinha said the partnership would enhance academic strength and provide students and faculty with access to quality research and skill-oriented learning.
