Ranchi, January 22: A final-year B.Tech Mechanical Engineering student of Usha Martin University (UMU), Bipul Anand Kumar, has secured an international placement with Ørsted, Poland, with an annual package of ₹34 lakh.

This is among the highest international offers received by the university so far and highlights UMU’s continued focus on industry-aligned education.
Strong National Placement Performance
Along with the international placement, the university recorded strong outcomes in domestic recruitment as well.

B.Tech students were placed with companies including SparkIT, Concentrix, Outer Orbit, Infinite Net Solutions, and Q-Spider.

Diploma and Management Students Also Placed
Diploma students also performed well, with a large number selected by TVS Training and Services, as well as securing placements at GE Aerospace.
Management students secured positions with SparkIT, Tenhard, SARV Education, and Rinex.

Health Sciences Students Gain Practical Exposure
In the Health Sciences stream, more than 300 students were placed in internships and clinical postings, providing them with essential hands-on experience.
The university said these placement results reflect steady progress in both international and domestic employability across various academic disciplines.
