New Delhi, August 9: The Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested Rizwan Ali, a wanted terrorist with alleged connections to the ISIS module.
Acting on secret information, the police arrested Rizwan on August 8, 2024, at approximately 11 p.m. near Ganga Baksh Marg in Delhi.
A .30 bore star pistol, three live cartridges, and two mobile phones were seized from his possession. A case has been filed at the PS Special Cell in Delhi.

Rizwan, a resident of Daryaganj in Delhi, was wanted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) with a Rs 3 lakh bounty on his head for his role in terror activities.
Rizwan was involved with the Pune Module of ISIS and had been on the run.
Authorities are now investigating his presence in the capital just ahead of Independence Day.
