XLRI Jamshedpur launches new executive programmes in Business Analytics and Senior Leadership

Jamshedpur, Nov 27: XLRI Jamshedpur has expanded its executive education portfolio with the launch of new batches of its Postgraduate Certificate Programmes in Business Analytics and Senior Leadership.

The programmes aim to help professionals strengthen data-driven decision-making, strategic leadership skills, and prepare them for a fast-evolving digital business environment.

Ranked #2 by IIRF, XLRI has partnered with TalentSprint, a part of Accenture, to deliver the programmes in a flexible live-online format along with a five-day campus immersion. Participants will receive an XLRI certificate and alumni status, gaining access to a network of over 30,000 professionals.

‘Developing responsible, future-ready leaders’

The Associate Dean of XLRI said that the institute’s mission is to develop responsible leaders equipped for the future.
He added that the collaboration with TalentSprint reflects XLRI’s continued commitment to excellence, ethics, and innovation in management education.

12-month Business Analytics programme

Approved by AICTE, this 12-month programme includes faculty-led classes, real-world projects and is suited for early to mid-career professionals across sectors such as IT, eCommerce, Big Data, Marketing, and Research.

12-month Senior Leadership programme

This programme is designed for professionals with over 10 years of experience. It focuses on strategic thinking, leadership communication, corporate governance, and digital transformation.

With these new offerings, XLRI aims to support professionals in leading effectively in an increasingly digital and competitive business environment.
