Jamshedpur, Nov 1:  XLRI, the Jamshedpur-based renowned business school, is gearing up for the 24th edition of Ensemble Valhalla in association with IndusInd Bank, co-sponsored by State Bank of India and powered by Central Bank of India, its annual cultural, sports, and management festival, scheduled to take place from November 3 to 5.

This three-day extravaganza is set to welcome students from over  45 B-schools across the country to participate in over 30 events.

With the captivating theme “Echoes of Eternity,” this year’s Ensemble Valhalla will commence with a grand inauguration on November 2, featuring Vineet Nayar, the Former CEO of HCL Technologies and Founder & Chairman of Sampark Foundation.

The inauguration will take place at the prestigious Tata Auditorium, where Nayar will address the XLRI community and set the stage for an unforgettable event.

The festival will feature over 25 flagship events, including “The Next Gen Leader,” “Strike or Yield,” “War of Wits,” and many more.

These events span across the domains of culture, sports and management, showcasing a wide array of talents.

The festival promises something for everyone, with opportunities for students from various colleges to participate in activities related to strategy, HR, social causes, consulting, strategy, art and dance.

Ensemble Valhalla is expected to draw thousands of students, offering both offline and online event options.

In addition to these exciting competitions, the festival will host an Idea Summit, a speaker’s conclave where industry veterans from various fields come together to engage in enriching conversations.

The keynote speaker for this year’s Idea Summit is the Maestro of Creativity,  Biswapati Sarkar. The event will also feature multiple panels, including one on finance with Mohith and Mayuna Jain of Stocklopedia and Harsh and Hetvi Kamdar.

The entertainer panel will include Soumya Tandon and Shreya Mehta. The CHRO panel will feature Vinay Agrawal, HR Head at Mahindra; and Asim Jagdale, CHRO at Arvind Group. Finally, Subrat Pani, CEO of One Assist, Rakhi Mallik, HR Head at Kearney India, and Chetna Vashist, CEO of ChetChat and Former Head of Marketing at Byju’s, will provide insights into different aspects of the business world.

Adding to the excitement, the festival’s most anticipated segment, the pro-shows, will take place offline this year, featuring live performances at XLRI.

On November 3, the legendary band Indian Ocean will take the stage, followed by the hilarious stand-up comedian Nishant Suri on November 4.

The grand finale on November 5 will feature the enchanting performance of the musical maestro, Amit Trivedi.
