Dhanbad, July 10: The sixth state convention of the Jharkhand State Non-Gazetted Employees Federation (JSNGEF), the apex body representing around 2.5 lakh state government employees, will be held at the Birsa Munda Town Hall in Jamshedpur on July 13 and 14.

Providing the details, Federation General Secretary Ashok Kumar Singh ‘Nayan’ said the state-level convention is being organized after a gap of five years, making it a significant occasion for all affiliated employee bodies.

Presidents, general secretaries, and representatives from across Jharkhand have been directed to attend.

“This convention holds great importance as key resolutions and proposals concerning employee demands will be finalized and forwarded to both the state and central governments. A strategy for future agitation will also be deliberated and charted during the two-day event,” Singh added.

To ensure the smooth conduct of the convention and delegate convenience, an organizing committee has been formed under the leadership of Dr. Manoj Kumar Sinha and Amar Kishore Prasad Sinha. Delegates have been requested to report at the venue by 10:30 AM on Sunday, July 13.
