Jamshedpur: In a bid to instil awareness about road safety among children, Young Indians organized a drawing competition in 20 city schools, attracting participation from 600 enthusiastic students.

Competition winners

Naitik Pereya (Class 6, SDSM School) secured the first position, Sudeshna Dutta (Class 10, Jusco School South Park) claimed the second position, and Afshan Parveen (Class 8, Dayanand Public School) secured the third position. Additionally, 15 other children received consolation prizes.

Results announcement

District Transport Officer Dhananjay Kumar, commending the initiative, announced the competition results. The event witnessed the presence of Shruti Jhunjhunwala and Sakshi Gupta from Young Indians Road Safety Vertical.

Future initiatives

Young Indians emphasized the importance of providing driving license and training to students in schools and colleges. DTO Dhananjay Kumar pledged support and assured assistance for organizing driving license awareness camps in educational institutions.

In continuation of their efforts, Young Indians plan to organize driving license awareness camps in colleges, furthering their commitment to road safety education.
