Meanwhile, addressing a press conference AAP leader and Delhi minister Atishi said that Swati Maliwal has been lying and her truth is now exposed. They have shared all CCTV footages with the Delhi Police adding that it is clear from the video why Maliwal did not go under medical examination on the day of the assault.

“We have given all the CCTV footage to the police. The video footage shown to you today proves that Swati Maliwal was lying that “my head was broken, I fell on the floor, my clothes were torn, I was unable to walk,” AAP posted on X along with Atishi’s interaction with the media.

“Today, through this video footage, her lie has been exposed and she did not file a police complaint on 13 May because she did not want to undergo medical examination at that time”, it added.
