Jamshedpur, June 22: The JYOTI Club of DBMS English School hosted a highly engaging motivational workshop in the school auditorium for high school students. The two-hour session was led by Nimiisha Ranpara, the Founder, Director, and trainer at Excel Train Smart.

Ranpara, a certified trainer by the Sector Skill Council and ISTD (Indian Society of Training and Development), is also a POSH trainer, NLP practitioner, and mindfulness coach.

The event began with a welcome speech by Khyatishree, the STD XII student President of the JYOTI Club, followed by a prayer dance performed by Palak Ganeriwal.  Ranpara then addressed the students of DBMS English School and those from nine other schools in Jamshedpur.

The workshop focused on goal setting, overcoming distractions, and enhancing focus and concentration. Ranpara introduced the concept of BUS (Believe, Unleash, and Smart work) and guided students through understanding and tackling challenges.

The session was a ten-step process designed to provide effective techniques for stress minimization and distraction management through self-management strategies.

The workshop concluded with the Principal of DBMS English School, Rajani Shekhar, presenting a token of appreciation to Ranpara. This was followed by a Vote of Thanks from Yuvraj Sethi, a Std XII student and Director of JYOTI Club. The event was a memorable and enriching experience for both teachers and students.
