Jamshedpur, August 22: The city witnessed a significant environmental initiative as Shiv Shankar Singh, the patron of the social organization ‘Koshish Ek Muskaan Laane Ki’ and a prominent BJP leader, led an extensive plantation drive at the Army Camp in Sonari.
The event saw the planting of various fruit-bearing, medicinal, and dense shady plants, with a strong commitment from the army personnel to nurture and care for these trees until they reach maturity.

During the event, Shiv Shankar Singh emphasized the importance of environmental protection and the role every individual plays in it. “Protection and promotion of the environment is the responsibility of every person. He also expressed his gratitude towards the army soldiers for their active participation and support in this noble cause.
