Washington, September 20: In a thrilling update, Netflix has dropped a new teaser trailer for the much-anticipated second season of ‘Squid Game’, enchanting fans at its Geeked Week event in Atlanta.
The eagerly awaited second season comes three years after the first installment of “Squid Game,” which followed a deadly competition where 456 players, all burdened by significant debt, were taken to a secret venue to compete in dangerous children’s games for a chance to win a 45.6 billion ‘South Koren Won’ prize.

The teaser, shared on Netflix’s social media accounts, depicts a suspenseful scene where Seong Gi-hun, played by Lee Jung-jae, faces off against a masked figure while holding a gun.
The trailer rapidly moves on to showcase new contestants preparing for a new series of life-or-death trials, highlighted by a chilling Korean voiceover declaring, “We’re ready to start the game.”
Produced by Firstman Studio and with Kim Ji-yeon as the executive producer, ‘Squid Game’ Season 2 is scheduled to premiere on December 26.
