Minister Intervenes in Saraswati Puja Ban

Following the attack, RIMS management imposed a ban on celebrating Saraswati Puja on campus, citing security concerns. The decision was met with strong opposition from JDA, JDN, MSN, and MBBS students. On January 25, student representatives approached the health minister, urging him to intervene.

Taking serious note of the issue, Dr. Ansari directed the RIMS administration to revoke the ban, allowing the festival to proceed as planned. The students and medical associations expressed their gratitude to the minister for ensuring that the celebrations could take place.
