Dhanbad, Feb 6: Four henchmen of Dubai-based Wasseypur gangster Prince Khan were arrested by Dhanbad police while allegedly plotting a major crime in the coal city.

Arrest Details and Seizure of Weapons

Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Law and Order, Naushad Alam, informed the media that the criminals were apprehended near Matkuria Power House and railway boundary under the Dhanbad Sadar police station area.

The gang members, identified as Azad Alam alias Azad Khan (21), Sonu Kumar Nayak (25), Golu Kumar Rawani (24), and Sachin Kumar (23), were found in possession of a country-made pistol, two live cartridges, and four crude bombs.

Criminal Intent and Police Action

The DSP confirmed that the criminals intended to spread panic and commit serious crimes in the area.

Acting on the directives of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) HP Janardhanan, a dedicated team of senior police officials was formed to capture the henchmen of the notorious gangster. The police operation led to the successful arrest of the criminals along with their weapons and explosives.

The police team involved in the operation included Lov Kumar, the Officer-in-Charge of Dhanbad Police Station, along with Suman Sourabh, Ranjeet Kachhap, Manoj Kumar, Dinesh Kumar, and Islam Ansari.

Wasseypur Gangster Prince Khan’s Continued Crime Operations

Despite being reportedly relocated to Dubai, Prince Khan, a notorious gangster facing numerous charges of firing, extortion, and other criminal activities, continues to operate through his henchmen.

He allegedly extorts money from doctors and traders in the region through his criminal operatives.
