Jamshedpur, July 24: Tata Steel announced the launch of Aashiyana 3.0, India’s first-of-its-kind content-to-commerce digital platform aimed at transforming the homebuilding journey for Individual Home Builders (IHBs).

The revamped platform enables IHBs to build with greater confidence, convenience, and control, offering curated product solutions, interactive self-help tools, and user-friendly content tailored for every stage of home construction.

Aashiyana 3.0 builds upon its earlier marketplace version and evolves into a smart, all-in-one solution centre—offering a seamless blend of commerce and content.

With an intuitive design and consumer-focused features, the platform enriches user experience by integrating bite-sized, easy-to-digest knowledge across 31 crucial topics spanning the five key stages of homebuilding.

These resources are presented in multiple formats—articles, videos, comic strips, infographics, illustrations, and interactive quizzes—making the learning process accessible and engaging.

Beyond product access from Tata Steel’s trusted portfolio, Aashiyana 3.0 equips users with DIY tutorials, expert tips, product videos, and planning tools to help complete projects within budget and timelines.

From inspiration to execution, the portal serves as a reliable partner in every phase of the homebuilding journey.

Ashish Anupam, Vice President – Long Products, Tata Steel, said: “Today’s home builders seek more than just materials—they desire inspiration, guidance, and clarity to navigate complex decisions. With Aashiyana 3.0, we are not just selling products, we are building relationships—becoming a trusted partner at every step of the homebuilding journey.”

Key features of Aashiyana 3.0 include:

Design Quiz and 300+ curated architectural plans to help users visualise and personalise their dream homes.

Step-by-step guides for every stage of construction with practical advice and creative input.

Industry-first Idea Boards and visual tools for users to compile and share design preferences with architects and professionals.

Incorporating gamified learning and interactive content, Aashiyana 3.0 aims to strengthen user engagement, reduce reliance on manual assistance, and drive platform loyalty. It is poised to increase platform stickiness, boost customer satisfaction, reduce acquisition costs, and improve GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).

Tata Steel envisions Aashiyana 3.0 as more than just a platform—it aspires to be every home builder’s most trusted digital companion, helping them build not only a house but a dream, brick by brick.
