Jamshedpur, July 30: The South Eastern Railway has announced changes in train operations due to ongoing developmental works in the Chakradharpur railway division.

As per the official notification issued today, several trains will be cancelled, diverted, or short-terminated on different dates in August.
Cancelled Trains
The 18109/18110 Tatanagar–Itwari–Tatanagar Express will remain cancelled on August 9, 12, 16 and 23.

Similarly, 68043/68044 Tatanagar–Rourkela–Tatanagar MEMU and 68025/68026 Chakradharpur–Rourkela–Chakradharpur MEMU will not run on August 9, 12, 16, 19, 23 and 26.

Diverted Trains
Train no. 18477 Puri–Yognagari Rishikesh Utkal Express will run via Cuttack–Sambalpur City–Jharsuguda Road on August 11 and 18.
Conversely, 18478 Yognagari Rishikesh–Puri Utkal Express will be diverted via Jharsuguda Road–Sambalpur City–Cuttack on August 8, 15 and 22.
Short-Terminated Trains
Train no. 22861 Howrah–Kantabanji Ispat Express and 12871 Howrah–Titlagarh Ispat Express will be short-terminated at Tatanagar.

Train no. 12872 Titlagarh–Howrah Ispat Express and 22862 Kantabanji–Howrah Ispat Express will be short-terminated at Rourkela. These changes will be effective on August 9, 12, 16, 19 and 23.
The railway administration has requested passengers to check the updated schedule before travel and has expressed regret for the inconvenience caused.
