Jamshedpur, August 5: Students of Dayanand Public School have delivered an impressive performance in the CISCE Regional Sports Tournaments, bringing pride to the institution with victories and national-level selections in kabaddi and taekwondo.
In the CISCE Regional Kabaddi Tournament organized by Rajendra Vidyalaya, Jamshedpur, the school’s senior boys’ team emerged as regional champions.

Seven students from the team have qualified for the upcoming national-level championship. The qualifiers include Amitraj Singh Deo of Class XI, Umang Kumar Sahu and Sagar Jha of Class XII, Harsita Samad and Arya Ray of Class X-B, Ayushi of Class VII, and Falak Khan of Class IX.

In another notable achievement, Abhinav Sharma of Class X won a gold medal in the CISCE Regional Taekwondo Tournament held at Deoghar, securing his place in the national competition.
