New Delhi, August 12: Bringing over 30 years of service in Delhi’s lower judiciary, Justice Vimal Kumar Yadav — until recently the Principal District and Sessions Judge at Patiala House Courts — has now joined the Delhi High Court bench.

His appointment, cleared by the central government on August 8 following the Supreme Court Collegium’s recommendation on July 28, was formalised on Monday with an oath administered by Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya.
