Ranchi, Sept 20: Following recommendations from the Jharkhand High Court, the state government has transferred more than a dozen judicial officers.

The Personnel, Administrative Reforms, and Official Language Department has issued a notification in this regard.

According to the notification, Shankar Kumar Maharaja, who was serving as District and Additional Judge in Daltonganj, has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Law Department until further orders.

Srishti Dutta Tripathi, Special Judge of the POCSO Court in Jamshedpur, has been appointed as Special Secretary in the Cabinet Monitoring Department until further orders.

Shatrunjay Kumar Singh, who was serving as Additional and Sessions Judge in Dumka district, has been appointed as Senior Legal Advisor at Jharkhand State Energy Corporation Limited until further orders.

Yashwant Prakash, Special Judge of the SC-ST Court in Ranchi Civil Court, has been appointed as Chairperson of RRDA.
