Jamshedpur, Nov 3: Jharkhand is likely to witness shallow to moderate fog or mist in the morning hours till November 8, followed by mainly clear skies and dry weather during the day, according to the latest forecast.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has indicated that visibility may remain low in several parts of the state during early hours due to fog formation, while daytime conditions will remain pleasant and dry.

On November 4, 5, and 6, fog or mist is expected in the morning, with clear skies later in the day. Similar conditions are likely to prevail till the weekend.

A weak upper air cyclonic circulation persists over north and central parts of Bangladesh at around 0.9 Km above mean sea level.

Moreover, a synoptic trough aloft runs roughly along longitude 90°E, north of latitude 22°N, between 1.5 and 3.1 Km above mean sea level.

However, no significant weather system is expected to influence Jharkhand during the next few days.

Overall, residents can expect cool mornings and comfortable afternoons, with dry and stable weather continuing across the state through the first week of November.
