Ramgarh, Dec 30: Five players of the Ramgarh district team will represent Jharkhand state in the 31st Junior National Fencing Competition to be held in Chhattisgarh. This includes Gauri Shankar Singh, Sumit Paswan, Prem Kumar, Krish Paswan, Arshita Mahto. All five are players of the Ramgarh district team.

Considering their sports performance and medal in the state-level competition held a few months ago, they have been selected for the Jharkhand team.

All the players are going to Raipur (Chhattisgarh) to participate in the 31st Junior National Fencing Competition.

Chhattisgarh State Fencing Association has organized the 31st Junior National Fencing Championship from 31 December to 3 January.

A total of 12 players from the Jharkhand state team will participate in this competition.

Chief Patron of Ramgarh District Fencing Association cum GM West Bokaro Anurag Dixit, Patron Rohit Prasad, Chief Manager of SBI Ghato branch Punashree have congratulated for the selection in the national level competition.
