Dhanbad, Jan. 5: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) today arrested Dhanbad civil surgeon (CS) office clerk Umesh Prasad while taking a bribe of Rs 4,000 from a candidate against disability certificate.

Getting confirmation of the bribe case, the ACB set up a team under Inspector Jitendra Kumar Singh to arrest Umesh Prasad red-handed in office. On Friday afternoon, as pre-planned, ACB officials sent the candidate with bribe money to the civil surgeon’s office for Umesh Prasad.
