ARYAN KUMAR

Jamshedpur, May 18: The Interact Club of Rajendra Vidyalaya School, Sakchi, took a commendable initiative aimed at promoting literacy and educational access for all.

A Book Donation Camp organised by the club witnessed a tremendous response from students and teachers.

The primary objective of the camp was to collect books and redistribute it to those in need.

A wide range of books, covering various genres and reading levels were distributed.

The Book Donation Camp served as a platform for instilling values of empathy, generosity, and social responsibility among the children.

By actively engaging in the act of giving, students not only helped expand access to reading materials but also learned the importance of giving back to society.

The teacher moderator of Interact club,  Sunita Mohanty along with the students visited Mochi Basti, Baridih and Roshini Swayam Sevi School, Bhuiyadih to distribute the books among needy children.

Members of the management and school authorities have always inspired such initiatives.

The event also provided an opportunity to encourage sustainable practices such as recycling and reusing resources.

By repurchasing books that were no longer in use, the camp promoted environmental consciousness and advocated for the reduction of waste.
