IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre in its bulletin today ruled out the possibility of rain or thunderstorm activity.

The forecast indicated a rise in maximum temperature by 3-4 degree Celsius in the next few days.

Met statistics suggest that the minimum temperature witnessed an abrupt rise.

Jamshedpur today recorded a minimum temperature of 20 degrees Celsius, while Ranchi recorded 16.6 degrees Celsius and Daltonganj recorded 15.1 degrees.

Bokaro recorded a minimum temperature of 18.5 degrees Celsius while Chatra recorded 14.3 degrees

According to statistics, Garhwa recorded the state’s lowest minimum temperature of 12.7 degrees Celsius today.
