Phulbani, May 11: Speaking at a rally organized in the Phulbani of Kandhamal Lok Sabha seat in Odisha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Saturday that Congress will not be able to win even 50 seats in the Lok Sabha elections and after the elections, Congress will not even get the status of opposition party.
He said that India has made up its mind that NDA will cross 400 in Lok Sabha.
He told the people of Odisha that this time the Chief Minister of the BJP government in the state will be the one who understands Oriya language and culture and Odisha will get a double-engine government for the first time.
In the course of his speech, the PM said that on this day, 26 years ago, the Vajpayee government had conducted the Pokaran (nuclear) test due to which India’s stature increased across the world.
Referring to the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya, he said that BJP ended the 500 years of wait of the people.
