Jamshedpur, Oct 23: Jharkhand is set to experience pleasant weather conditions over the next few days, with fog or mist in the mornings and partly cloudy skies later in the day across most parts of the state.

According to the Meteorological Department, dry weather is expected to prevail on October 23 and 24, while light rain or thundershowers may occur at isolated places in the southwestern region on October 25.

On October 26, similar conditions are likely over the western parts, with dry weather elsewhere.

The outlook for October 27 and 28 indicates fog or mist during early hours followed by partly cloudy skies, with the possibility of light to moderate rain or thunderstorms at isolated places across the state.

No significant synoptic system currently affects Jharkhand.
However, an upper air cyclonic circulation over the South Andaman Sea and its neighbourhood up to 5.8 Km above mean sea level persists.
Meanwhile, dry conditions prevailed across Jharkhand during the past 24 hours.
