Ranchi, May 26: In a major administrative reshuffle, the Jharkhand government has transferred the Deputy Commissioners (DCs) of 20 districts. Additionally, the Deputy Development Commissioners (DDCs) of two districts have been promoted to serve as DCs of their respective districts.

Deputy Commissioners who have not been assigned new postings have been directed to report to the Personnel Department. The official notification was issued by the Personnel Department on Monday.

Here is the list of appointments:
- Ajaynath Jha – Previously Tribal Welfare Commissioner → Appointed as DC, Bokaro
- Faiz Ak Ahmed – Previously Director, Horticulture → Appointed as DC, Ramgarh
- Aditya Ranjan – Previously Director, Information Technology → Appointed as DC, Dhanbad
- Ramniwas Yadav – Previously Director, Higher Education → Appointed as DC, Giridih
- R. Ronita – Previously Director, Space Application → Appointed as DC, Khunti
- Naman Priyesh Lakra – Previously DC, Giridih → Transferred as DC, Deoghar
- Anjali Yadav – Previously Director, Tourism → Appointed as DC, Godda
- Karan Satyarthi – Previously DC, Gumla → Transferred as DC, Jamshedpur (East Singhbhum)
- Chandan Kumar – Previously DC, Ramgarh → Transferred as DC, Chaibasa (West Singhbhum)
- Kanchan Singh – Previously CEO, JSLPS → Appointed as DC, Simdega
- Nitish Kumar Singh – Previously Director, Audit → Appointed as DC, Saraikela
