Purulia, April 2: Delhi World Public School (DWPS), Purulia, will organise a Mega Quiz Competition on April 5, aimed at boosting students’ general knowledge, logical thinking, and decision-making skills.
The event, being held in association with Rotary Club Manbhum, is open to students aged 10 to 16 years. Interested participants can register through the school’s official website by paying a fee of ₹399. The quiz will begin at 4:30 PM at the school campus, with prizes worth up to ₹1,00,000 for winners.

Focus on holistic learning and innovation
School authorities said the quiz will cover subjects such as general knowledge, science, history, and current affairs.
Principal Sudha Singh highlighted that such competitions play a key role in building confidence, teamwork, and academic awareness among students. Managing Director Naresh Agarwal added that the initiative reflects the school’s focus on going beyond textbooks to promote intellectual and practical learning.
Delhi World Public School, a CBSE-affiliated K–12 day-cum-residential institution spread over a 25-acre campus, aims to promote holistic education through such initiatives.
