Jamshedpur, Nov 26: Jharkhand is set to experience misty and foggy mornings, followed by partly cloudy skies and dry weather from November 26 to November 29, according to the latest meteorological update.

Weather officials said that no significant synoptic system is currently affecting the state.

Cool Winds Trigger Dry and Cold Conditions

Northerly to north-westerly winds are blowing in the lower tropospheric levels, contributing to the cool, dry, and stable weather across Jharkhand.

Dry weather prevailed throughout the state during the past 24 hours.

Temperatures Dip Across Several Districts

The highest maximum temperature of 28.2°C was recorded at Godda, while the lowest minimum temperature dipped to 8.8°C at Gumla AWS, showing a sharp fall in night temperatures.

In Ranchi and nearby areas, the minimum temperature hovered around 11°C.

Statistics also revealed sub-10°C chill at several places including Daltonganj, Khunti, Lohardaga, and Latehar.

Similar Weather Expected in Coming Days

Residents can expect the same weather pattern over the next few days, with cooler mornings, mild fog, and comfortable daytime temperatures.
