Dhanbad, Nov 24: Four express trains of the Dhanbad Rail Division route of East Central Railway (ECR) have been cancelled from December 2 to February 29, 2024, in the wake of possible fog menace.

Releasing the list of cancelled trains issued by the Railway Ministry, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager (Sr DCM) cum public relation in-charge of Dhanbad Rail Division Amresh Kumar said that among the cancelled trains four are from the Dhanbad Division route.

Ajmer–Sealdah Express cancelled

Train no.12988 Ajmer–Sealdah Express has been cancelled on December 2, 5, 7,9,12, 14, 16,19, 21, 23. 26, 28, 30,  in January on dates 2, 4, 6, 9, 11, 13, 16, 18, 20, 23, 25, 27, 30 and in February on dates 1, 3, 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 27 and 29.

The movement of train no. 12987 Sealdah-Ajmer Express has been cancelled on December 3, 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 27, 29,31 in January on dates 3, 5, 7,10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 21, 24, 26, 28, 31 and in February on dates 2, 4, 7,9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25 28 and on March 1.

Kamakhya–Ranchi Express cancelled

Train no.15662  Kamakhya–Ranchi Express has been cancelled from December 5 to February 27, 2024. Similarly train no 15661 Ranchi–Kamakhya express train will be cancelled from December 6 to February 28, 2024.
