Four Naxals killed in ongoing encounter with security forces in Chhattisgarh’s Narayanpur

Narayanpur, April 30: In the Narayanpur district of Chhattisgarh, four Naxals were shot dead during an ongoing gunfight with security personnel.

A police officer provided information about the current gunfight, stating that the operation featured a joint security unit from the District Reserve Guard (DRG) and the Special Task Force (STF).

The officer stated that personnel from the DRG and STF are currently engaged in an ongoing encounter with Naxalites in the Abujhmad region along the Narayanpur-Kanker border since early morning today.

“We can confirm that four Naxals have been killed and many others were injured in the ongoing operation with the forces in the Narayanpur district. All security personnel are safe,” the officer further stated.
