Saran, August 30: The INDIA bloc’s ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra’ has reached Saran, marking the final day of the campaign. Samajwadi Party chief and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav also joined the yatra, which is being led by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav.

Tejashwi’s attack on BJP and NDA

Speaking to the media, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav launched a sharp attack on the BJP-led central government and the NDA.

He said, “Today is the last day of this historic yatra, and Akhilesh Yadav is marching with us. The BJP is rattled by this campaign. NDA leaders are resorting to occult practices and rituals, but they will not be able to return to power in Bihar.”

Referring to Friday’s clash between BJP and Congress workers in Patna, Tejashwi alleged, “These people (BJP) have always been associated with violence. The BJP and the NDA are filled with corrupt and criminal elements, and the people now recognize their true face.”
