Jharkhand Assembly passes third supplementary budget of Rs 4981 crore

Ranchi, Feb 26: On the second day of the Jharkhand Assembly’s budget session, the third supplementary budget of Rs 4981 crore was passed amid a huge ruckus by the opposition.

Finance Minister Rameshwar Oraon will present the last full budget of the present government on Tuesday.

After passing the supplementary budget, the proceedings of the House were adjourned till Tuesday.

Today was the second day of the budget session of the Jharkhand Assembly. This seven-day budget session started on February 23 and will continue till March 2.

Even today, as soon as the House proceedings began, BJP MLAs protested against the government over the paper leak issue. The uproar continued throughout the day.

Meanwhile, the third supplementary budget was finally passed.

BJP MLAs created ruckus and walked out of the House demanding a CBI inquiry into the JSSC question paper leak.
