Dhanbad, February 5: Binay Kumar Singh and Anil Singh were unanimously re-elected president and general secretary of the Dhanbad Builders Association (DBA) for the next term.

DBA spokesperson Alok Jha, giving this information, said that at the annual general body meeting (AGM), the members, having seen the previous committee’s outstanding performance, unanimously resolved to retain all office bearers for the next term, 2024-29.

Besides president Binay Kumar Singh and general secretary Anil Singh, four vice-presidents- Alok Jha, Ashok Pandey, Dhiraj Kumar and Rakesh Kumar, two joint secretaries- Sanjay Singh, Sushant Kumar, Treasurer- Pramod Agrawal were also elected unanimously.

Five executive committee members

Five executive committee members were elected at the meeting- Binod Kumar, Parimal Singh, Aditya Singh, Jitendra Singh, and Shailesh Kumar. A members disciplinary committee was also constituted, comprising President Binay Kumar Singh and General Secretary Anil Singh.

BK Sinha, Pradeep Deoralia and Ashok Kumar Singh will be chief patrons of the District Builders Association.

Public Grievance Committee

President Binay Kumar Singh said that the four-member Public Grievance Committee was also constituted at the meeting to solve problems and confusion. Rakesh Kumar Singh has been made convener of the committee. Other committee members include advocate Sunil Kumar Singh, engineer Amrendra Kumar Singh, and Santosh Kumar Singh.

“At the meeting, it was also decided to bring out a souvenir of the Association for the benefit of consumers in which a detailed project of flats would be given. The interested persons will take detailed information about the flats and be able to consult members of the DBA,” said Binay Kumar Singh.

The DBA will frame its logo, and it will be mandatory for all members to attach that in their project for transparency.
