Tussle with Dhanbad administration
Recently, the BJP MLA had been at loggerheads with the Dhanbad district administration over permission to hold a programme of Baba Dhirendra Shastri of Bageshwar Dham (Madhya Pradesh) from December 2 at Ram Rajya Mandir. The administration did not permit it.
Dhulu Mahto, who is facing more than 43 cases in different police stations, recently charged that he had danger from the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) as he was voicing against coal theft in Dhanbad.
