Ranchi, Nov. 28: Chief Minister Hemant Soren today flayed the CBI for keeping the probe into the 1st and 2nd 1st and 2nd civil services examinations conducted by the JPSC pending for 13 years.
Soren poohpoohed the charges levelled by the Opposition of a scam into the civil services examinations conducted by the JPSC during his tenure,
“They say that a scam took place. Bolne se ghotala hota ha kya? (Is it a scam by merely speaking?,” he asked.
“Around 34-35 candidates who cleared the civil services examinations are children of underprivileged parents,” he pointed out.
“On the other hand, half of those candidates who cleared the Ist and the 2nd civil services examinations were children of the opposition leaders. They don’t know when they will lose their jobs. The CBI is still investigating the scam. You must have heard of the CBI and ED. They are white elephants that spend eternity in investigation,” he said taking a jibe at the central investigation agencies.
“Shame on such people who go after the person whom they want to trouble,” he said.

We have removed the fixed number requirement for this,” he added.
Gram Gadi Yojana
