Jamshedpur, May 13: In a bid to bolster support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Bharatiya Janata Party’s campaign, Sikh youth in Jamshedpur have pledged to take the message of “This time 400 Paar” to urban voters.

Under the banner of “Sikh with Modi,” these young activists from various social organizations are gearing up to embark on a motorcycle rally.

Led by BJP candidate Vidyut Baran Mahato, the rally will feature Sikh youth donning saffron turbans and white shirts, symbolizing their support for the party.

The event will kick off from Sakchi Gurdwara ground and traverse through three assembly constituencies, with key stops including Shaheed Bhagat Singh Chowk and Mango Khandakhudiram Chowk.

The decision to organize the rally was made during a meeting chaired by Sardar Gurdeep Singh Pappu, where representatives from various Sikh organizations expressed their support.

Gurdeep Singh Pappu lauded Modi’s efforts in advocating for Sikh interests over the past decade, citing initiatives such as visiting Guru Gobind Singh’s birthplace and participating in langar services.

The meeting garnered participation from organizations like Sikh Naujawan Sabha and Jharkhand Rangreta Sabha, highlighting widespread backing for the cause.
