THE JHARKHAND STORY NETWORK

Ranchi, May 25: The Forest Officers’ Wives Association (FOWA) successfully organised a blood donation camp in Ranchi, in collaboration with Devkamal Hospital and the Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board.

The initiative was led by FOWA President Ranjana Samanta, with key contributions from Secretary  Poonam Ranjan, Joint Secretary Sunandita Das, and other active members. The enthusiastic participation and dedication of the women involved were particularly noteworthy.

Senior officials from the Forest Department, along with Shashi Shekhar Pandey from the Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board, also took part by donating blood voluntarily.

The camp was held as part of FOWA’s commitment to social responsibility, to support healthcare services through community engagement. The event concluded successfully, reflecting the collective spirit and civic-mindedness of all involved.
