Daltonganj, October 6: In a rare gesture, Governor cum Chancellor of the universities of Jharkhand Santosh Kumar Gangwar, spotting former and first Speaker of the Jharkhand Assembly Inder Singh Namdhari sitting in the VIP enclosure, asked the state Finance Minister Radha Krishna Kishore to call on Namdhari to come on the dias.

The state Finance Minister Radha Krishna Kishore conveyed this desire of the Governor cum Chancellor to Namdhari, who quite humbly rose from his seat and proceeded towards the dias.
This is a very rare moment when any governor has so asked for any significant person sitting in the enclosure to come onto the dias.
