Govt of India team assessed the ground reality

Before giving this award, a team of the Government of India visited many areas of Jharkhand to assess the status of Jal Nal Yojana in Jharkhand by conducting surprise inspections of several areas of Bokaro, Ramgarh, Hazaribagh and Palamu. After which the team submitted its report to the central government. Manish Ranjan was selected for this award only after knowing the reality of the scheme on the ground.
