Deoghar, Jan 18: Sensation has spread due to the double murder committed in Baghodi in Ghorlas of Jasidih police station area of Deoghar.
The miscreants strangled a 12-year-old child along with his mother and fled from the spot. The incident happened last night.
Documents missing, items scattered
Not only this, all the stuff inside the house was also found scattered out of which some important documents like the diary used by the deceased to note down the transactions are also said to be missing.
The name of the deceased is Mini Devi, who is a resident of Sarasani in the Jasidih police station area and she had built her own house in Baghodi of Ghorlas and was living with her husband and son.
According to the relatives of the deceased, Mini Devi’s husband drives a toto rickshaw at night and Mini Devi earns money on interest in her village and nearby areas. She used to do money lending business.

Incident reported this morning
At the time of the incident, husband Budho Ray had gone out of the house as usual. The incident came to light this morning when the teacher who taught the son reached home in the morning to teach him.
Following that, the occurrence was revealed, as reported by family members. The diary maintained by Mini Devi to record financial transactions was also discovered to be absent from the scene.
During this entire incident, the child was murdered very brutally. There was light rain in the area last night and the child’s clothes also got wet.
Local MLA, police reach the spot
As soon as the information about the incident was received, the local MLA Narayan Das along with the police of Jasidih police station reached the spot and started investigating the matter.
The family members of the deceased claim that the money transaction might be the reason behind the gruesome murder. It might be the people of the nearby villages who have carried out this massacre. Police have started the investigation.
